What are your hours?

Our sales department is open year-round from 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. During the months of April, May, June, November and December we are additionally open on Saturdays from 7:00am to 12:00pm.

I am a homeowner, can I purchase product from you?

We are a wholesale greenhouse and sell to variety of different business, including independent garden centers, professional landscapers, municipalities, grocery stores, golf courses and neighborhood hardware stores. We do not currently sell directly to homeowners.

My business is not in the Chicago area, can I purchase from you?

Yes, we sell and ship our Winter Decorations and Fall accents nationwide.

How can I get a product catalog?

All of our seasonal products can be viewed in the Product Catalog section of the site. If you would like a price list, please fill out the form on the Contact page and one of our Account Managers will be in touch with you.

Can you custom grow product for me?

Yes, we custom grow a wide variety of material that is not included on our seasonal price list. If you have a specific request, we would be pleased to evaluate growing your items and provide you with a price quote based upon the item, size and quantity. Please fill out the form on the Contact page and one of our Account Managers will contact you with all the information.

Do you grow flats?

We do not currently offer flats on our seasonal price lists. Our seasonal annuals are high impact potted annuals in 4.5”, 6” and 1 gal pots. We can customer grow flats to meet your specific needs.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, customers are welcome to pick up orders at our Northbrook location from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday March through december. During the months of April, May, June, November and December we are also open on Saturday pick-ups from 7:00am to 11:00am. During peak season (April, May, June, September and November), there is a $500 minimum on all pick-up orders.

What are your delivery minimums?

During peak season (April, May, June, September and November) there is a $1000 minimum on all delivery orders to Chicagoland and Northern Illinois. Please inquire for delivery minimums to Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Indiana. During Non-peak months there is a $100 delivery minimum.

How far in advance can I place an order?

Our price lists are available well before the start of any season. Orders can be placed as early as you like.

How do I get a username and password for online ordering?

If you are already a customer and don’t remember your login information, fill out the information on the Forgot Password page and we will send it to you. If you are not yet a customer, fill out the information on the Registration page and one of our Account Managers will contact you to set up an account and give you access to online ordering.

Can I keep the racks you deliver on?

We do offer a cart exchange program for our customers. Please contact your Account Manager for details.

I am a customer of another Clesen greenhouse, are you the same business?

While the companies share the same last name, each one is a separate business entity. If you would like an account with Clesen Wholesale please fill out the Contact form and one of our Account Managers will be in touch with you.

Can I come by and look around/pick out what I want?

Unfortunately our greenhouses are not set up for shopping. Your Account Manager will work with you to ensure the product you receive meets your needs.
