How can I place an order?  

If you are new to Clesen Wholesale, it’s one quick call to get your Clesen Account underway.  Please call us at 847-869-2257. Our Customer Service Specialist will ask you a few general questions about your business and your business needs. You will then be assigned to one of our dedicated Account Executives and they will work with you to gather all the necessary information to create your Customer Account, while setting you up with your email & password to login to your Clesen Wholesale Account.   

How do I become a registered Clesen Wholesale customer?

To learn more about you and your business, we ask all who are interested in becoming a Clesen Wholesale customer to complete our Customer Application process. As a wholesale grower, of quality annuals, we deal in volume sales of live plants and accents. We want to ensure that our new customers’ business is established, that staff are in place to care for our plants once we deliver them to you, if our customers will be using a Resale Tax ID that we should apply to your orders, multiple delivery addresses, you know, the details.    

Please call our Evanston location @ 847-869-2257 and our Customer Service Specialist will gather some initial information, including your contact phone/email and general info about your business.

One of our dedicated Account Executives will then follow up with you to get into more specific detail about your seasonal business needs.  We do this so that our Account Executives can gain a better understanding of your unique business and how you operate through the four seasons, so they can be proactive in their recommendations and management of your account, as well as discussing any order/delivery minimums.

Can you send me your Price List? 

If you are new to Clesen Wholesale, we just need to create a Customer Account for you so that you review our pricing and inventory availability. Please call us at 847-869-2257. Our Customer Service Specialist will ask you a few general questions about your business and your seasonal needs. Are there any minimum order requirements?

This is a discussion best held between you and your Account Executive. We have general guidelines, but we’re flexible based on our customers’ business needs throughout the year. 

How can I see what inventory is available right now? Next week? Next month? 

Our website provides our registered customers with real-time inventory, 24/7,  reporting on inventory availability six to nine months ahead of the current shipment date.   

How far ahead can I place my order to ensure inventory is available for me?

We publish our seasonal Price Lists nine months ahead of each season and encourage our customers to place their orders as early as possible to secure your desired quantity and selection of plants and accents.  

What is your delivery area?

Spring, Summer, Fall:  We deliver live plants on Clesen Wholesale trucks to the entire Chicagoland area & SE Wisconsin. Our goal is to deliver in one business day, to ensure the health and quality of our plants.

Winter/Non-Perishable Accents:  Our winter program, selling the widest variety of fresh cut greens and winter accents allows us to expand our fresh cut greens delivery area to accommodate customers west to Colorado, south to Arkansas and east to Pennsylvania.

 

Do you deliver to jobsites? 

Yes, we do. We offer jobsite delivery for many of landscape customers. On our website you will have the opportunity to enter multiple shipping addresses, at the PO level, so you can more easily track your jobs.  

Can I pick up my order?

Orders of $500 or more can be picked up at our Northbrook facility Monday through Friday between 7am-3pm with limited service between 12-1pm. During peaks months of April through June, September, and November we are open on Saturdays for pickup 7am-12pm. 

To expedite your Northbrook pick-up, we ask that you provide a copy of your Order confirmation, which you can then use to confirm receipt of all your ordered items.
