Ordering Process

We cater to the wholesale needs of a variety of different business, including independent garden centers, professional landscapers, municipalities, grocery stores, golf courses and neighborhood hardware stores. If you are not yet a customer and would like to place an order with us, please register and one of our Account Managers will contact you to set up an account. Or call us anytime at 847-869-2257.

Customers can place an order with an Account Manager during business hours. Our sales department is open year-round from 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. During the months of April, May, June, November and December we are additionally open on Saturdays from 7:00am to 12:00pm. During regular business hours you can contact your Account Manager via phone, e-mail or fax.

Or, if you prefer, you can place your orders online anytime. Our easy-to-use online ordering system allows you to see up-to-the-minute availability of our products. You can make substitutions if something is not available, as well as view and print the details of all past and current orders. Contact your Account Manager if you don’t know your username and password.

In Stock Orders

Our availability changes on a daily basis. To ensure access to the widest range of products we recommend placing orders as far in advance as possible

Custom Orders

We custom grow a wide variety of material that is not included on our seasonal price list. If you have a specific request, we would be pleased to evaluate growing your items and provide you with a price quote based upon the item, size and quantity.

Order Acknowledgement

After we have received and confirmed your order we will send an order acknowledgement via e–mail. When you receive the order acknowledgement, please review it promptly for accuracy and notify your Account Manager of any discrepancies within 48 hours.

Please note, when orders are placed more than two weeks in advance, the delivery or pick-up date is entered as the first Monday of the requested ship week. This does not mean that your order will be shipped or be ready on that date. We will contact you the week prior to this date to make final shipping arrangements.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Picking schedules are set two days prior to the shipping/pick-up date and orders are picked the day before they are scheduled to ship. Order changes may be made anytime up until two days prior to your ship/pick-up date. Order cancellations made after your order has been picked will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Payment and Terms

We accept company checks, cash, cashier checks or money orders. If you would like to purchase with a credit card, a 2.5% processing fee will be added to your order total.
